Countries and regions

Cards follow international sanctions and the rules of the partner institutions that issue them. This page lists the countries and regions where cards don't work, and where they can be used with Apple Pay.

The list can change

It follows international sanctions and the partner institutions that issue the cards, and it is updated when they change. A card program can have more restrictions than the ones listed here. Last updated: October 2026.

Availability by card program

Web3Card connects to more than one card program. The lists on this page are the ones of the main program, SU. Other programs, offered to some users, have restrictions of their own: a country blocked on the main program can be open on another one, and a country where cards work can have a specific requirement on some program. On this page these programs are named by code: MO, UN-B and UN-Z.

A dot next to a country shows its level. Hover or tap the dot to see what each program says about it.

Notice Cards work, with a specific requirement on some programs
Partial Blocked on the main program; some programs don't restrict it
Restricted Blocked on every program

Which program a user can get depends on the company and on the user. These levels are a guide, not a promise that a card is available.
